In Nora, a little garbage dump will be analyzed, dating back to the 3rd century AD, which reuses an ancient well. The stratigraphic excavation of both these contexts has brought to light a large quantity of ceramics, associated with a copious amount of faunal, carpological and anthracological residues that can be traced back, in some cases, to parts of food waste and to remains of food preparations.
